Who Qualifies for a Free Buy-Side Ticket?

The following outlines the general criteria for complimentary buy-side tickets. However, WBR reserves the right to make the final determination in all cases, regardless of the guidelines provided below.

Complimentary buy-side tickets are exclusively available to senior investment professionals from organizations that allocate capital and do not sell third-party investment products or services. Qualified attendees must be of suitable seniority and be directly involved in portfolio management, investment strategy, or technology selection at their firm.

Organizations that are typically eligible include:

• Institutional Asset Managers (e.g., long-only managers, multi-asset managers, credit-focused investment firms)
• Pension Funds and Endowments
• Insurance Companies (including general account investment professionals)
• Sovereign Wealth Funds
• Family Offices (single- and multi-family offices)
• Alternative Investment Firms (including hedge funds, private credit funds, and direct lending platforms)
• Private Banks and Wealth Management Firms (in-house investment professionals only)

A qualified retailer is not: Any service provider to business to consumer organizations - Including software vendors, internet developers, technology vendors, solution providers, third party logistics providers, consultants or companies with primary revenues resulting from commissions, subscriptions and/or advertising.
