  • Stephanie Bilo oversees three key departments at responsAbility: Sales, Product Development & Management, and Marketing & Communications. She brings a wealth of experience in banking and finance, having been active in the industry since 1998, with deep expertise in sales and distribution across institutional investors, public sector entities, family offices, and private clients.
  • Prior to joining responsAbility, Stephanie built her career in London, working for leading U.S. investment banks including Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, where she specialized in capital markets, fixed income, and credit derivatives for institutional and public sector clients. After a decade in London, she returned to Switzerland, joining UBS in the Global Family Office Group, and later served as CEO of a FINMA-regulated broker and multi-family office.
  • Stephanie is recognized for her expertise in structuring investment solutions, particularly in blended finance, and for her strategic leadership in marketing and distribution to a diverse investor base. At responsAbility, she has spearheaded the launch of innovative blended finance structures and investment strategies in Sustainable Food, Climate, and Financial Inclusion, successfully mobilizing capital from both public and private sector partners.
  • She holds a PhD in Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
