Justin Sendak

Partner, Capital Markets Apollo

Mr. Sendak is a Partner in Capital Solutions and Head of Credit Capital Markets at Apollo, where he focuses on leveraged bank debt, high-yield securities, and alternative investment opportunities. He joined Apollo in 2007.

Prior to Apollo, Justin was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he specialized in the underwriting and placement of Rule 144A high-yield securities and leveraged loans, advising on transactions ranging from approximately $250 million to $10 billion. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he served as a Managing Director in Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets Corp.

Mr. Sendak earned a BBA in Finance and Economics from Hofstra University and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.
