Chad is a Partner of Seine Capital. Prior to Seine Capital, Chad worked as an investment professional for three large US secondary buyers: Crestline Investors, Landmark Partners, and Beneficient. At Landmark Partners and Beneficient, Chad focused on acquiring LP stakes in funds and structuring bespoke solutions for LP and GP-led transactions, including preferred equity, GP stakes, and continuation funds. At Crestline Investors, Chad was part of the Fund Liquidity Solutions team, which provides Net Asset Value (NAV) based financings. Before that, Chad worked as a leverage finance analyst for AIG Investments and as an emerging markets bond analyst for Merrill Lynch. Chad has also worked in economic development, having completed internships for the World Bank and the Grameen Bank (Nobel prize recipient microfinance bank). Chad holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics. Chad also graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor in Psychology and a Bachelor in Finance.
