Day 2 | 21st April

12:30 PM Fireside Chat: Modernising Private Credit: Can Technology Unlock Broader Access and Market Efficiency?

Private credit markets are undergoing structural change as technology reshapes how assets are originated, distributed, and traded. From electronified workflows to tokenisation and digital infrastructure, new innovations are opening the door to greater transparency, operational efficiency, and potentially broader investor access.

But as private markets evolve, important questions remain around liquidity, regulation, and investor protection. Can technology truly democratise private credit without undermining the asset class’s long-term characteristics?

This session will explore how electronification, tokenisation, and digital infrastructure could transform private credit markets, expanding access beyond institutions while balancing efficiency, oversight, and long-term value creation.

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Alastair.
